October Card Class

I can't believe it's been so long since I have posted.  Here are the cards we did in October.  The idea for the first card came from Pinterest but unfortunately I can't find the original post or the name of the person who originally made the card.

 The next two cards are holiday cards.  I hope you enjoy them.

Storage totes

In my quest for the perfect size storage totes to fit in my cupboards (and still be able to close the doors) I ran across this post on making your own fabric storage box.  I loved it so much, and lucky for me, it was the perfect size, as long as I orient it a different direction than the instructions.  I still need to make my label a bit more fancy but hey the box is done!

June Scrapbook Class

Here is a peek at the layout we will be doing this month at our scrapbook class on Saturday, June 16th.  Let me know if you are interested in participating.  I would love to have you join us.  You will be able to customize the title since you will be stamping and cutting it out.

May Card Class

This is one of the cards we made at our card classes in May.  It uses the stamp set from Stella Workshop On The Go, and the papers from Pemberley.  On the final cards I embossed the lower light blue CS to give it some texture.

So this is 2 days after having a day off of school due to snow. The temp today is 61, with beautiful blue skies. I'm loving every minute of it and I even have my patio door open. YIPPEE! Oh, and that's my dog Reggie. Isn't he a cutie?

Qman made me lunch today. Ya gotta love a teenager who wants to eat healthy!

Snow again??????? Again?????

Spring break is next week. I want to be sitting in this chair (or any chair) basking in the sun. Since we have no trip planned this year I'm going to have to figure out my own "sun" for next week. Hmmmm......any ideas??????

Snow again??????? But it's March!

Woke up to snow again today. It just doesn't snow in March here. What's up with this weather. I didn't notice the deer until I opened the door to take the picture, otherwise I might have changed the lens. Of course it ran away as soon as I took a couple of shots.

Lucy Workshop on the Go stamps

Here's a card using the Lucy Workshop on the Go stamp set. I love this set and as you can see it looks very different using these colors. ........ A bit retro don't you think!.......The colors I used were Sunset, Creme Brulee, Buttercup and Cocoa. Oh, the tiny stamp that says "thinking of you" came from a super set that is not currently in the catalog. See me if it's really a must have! I just happen to know a consultant who can get it for you!
